You and your reality, indeed the entire Universe is made up of pure energy (Mind Substance) in varying degrees of density.

The essence of who you really are is beyond the body, transcends the emotions and intellect, and is infinite and eternal.

It is Genius. Spirit. Perfect in nature because its frequency is in resonance with the Universal Mind.
​
But that higher Genius, fascinated by material reality with all of its endless sensory impressions influences - positive and negative (duality) - starts to get stuck there via identification with the ego-personality and physical body - which are incrementally heavier and denser forms of energy.

Where your consciousness gets caught, is where it needs to be released in order to raise your frequency to higher levels of mind and spirituality.

This process is called Alchemy.
The activity of change of Energy from one state to another.
The goal of the Vibrational Alchemy that I facilitate and teach, is to release and raise your consciousness from where is it stuck, so it can float out and up to greater levels of perspective and existence.

The Vibrational Scale of Energy
There is a Vibrational Scale of energy density, with the coarse and solid-appearing Physical Reality at one end, and the subtle and non-dual Mind Substance at the other. The varying degrees of density between these two polarities account for the entirety of existence; from the solidity of the material world and physical body - to the subtler realms of the emotional and mental spaces.

Through life, different events, living in cities and society, developing beliefs and conditioning to navigate our reality, experiencing traumas, placing too much faith in different teachers, gurus or religions outside of us, through all this our Higher Self which is Infinite Genius gets hypnotised and stuck in limited views and beliefs about reality. We start to identify with the masks that we wear, and with a limited sense of self that leaves us feeling stuck and powerless in our life. We end up getting cut off from our True Self, our Spirit which is infinite and eternal. Omnipotent. Omniscient. Omnipresent and Omnibenevolent. In order to regain our awareness of who we really are, we first need to start to become aware of the different vibrational layers or parts of our Being, and our Reality.

There are four major layers of energy-density that we can start to explore. Note that for each density level of reality, there is the corresponding 'body' or 'centre of gravity of experience/perspective' associated with it.
​
Akashic & Non-Dual Light Levels - Outside of Time & Space. Infinity & Eternity Itself. Uncreated. The store-house of infinite creativity, information and frequencies that are unmanifest. The Quantum Field of possibility. Our Etheric Body contains the blueprint that contain the quantum particles and information of our consciousness together. The Etheric Body contains Karmic information from different incarnations. Light Bodies are Universal levels of consciousness that we can attain to, like the Atmic, Buddhic and Nirvanic Bodies, for example.

Mental Level - The dimension of Mind. The Mind is in resonance with the Universal Mind. Therefore, the Mental Plane is infinite, spaceless, formless and is shared between all the minds that exist. It is pure Mental/Mind Substance. It is the plane of thoughts, insight, ideas and formless spiritual beings. Thoughts are not created; they are received from the Akasha according to the frequency at which our Mind operates. Each thought, subject, or topic is a particular frequency, and by aligning our minds with these subjects, we attract thoughts that resonate with that particular frequency. The realm of thought is entirely abstract, fluid and formless. The Mental Body/Spirit is Eternal - beyond this incarnation - and is temporarily housed in the Pineal Gland during this lifetime.
Astral Level - This is where thoughts starts to gain more density and become forms. They gain detail, structure, parameters, shapes, personality, etc. It is the world of the i-magi-nation (Magi = Magician), mental images and pictures where thoughts become things, or thought-forms. For example, if the Mental Level is the thought or idea of a 'chair', then the Astral Level would be the felt imagination of the chair in all its detail. The vibrational frequency of the thought-forms corresponds to the level of the Astral plane they appear. The Astral has many levels within it, with high-frequency thought-forms, beings and emotions at the top, and low-frequency thought-forms, beings and emotions at the bottom. This is where we get 'heaven' and 'hell' realms. The Astral/Emotional Body or Soul, is the Ego-Personality that grows from the moment of your birth and dissolves after death. It's made up of feelings, masks, beliefs and individual identity.
Vital/Physical Level - Inside of, and restricted by, Time and Space. Here and Now. Physical Vitality. Material Reality. The result of the creative impulses of the Mental Plane. If the Metal Plane is the plane of cause, the Physical is the plane of effect. It is crystallised Mind-Substance or energy that has slowed down in frequency so much that it appears solid. Quantum Physics has now even proved that material reality is actually not solid at all, is pure energy and only appears solid to our physical senses. All created matter is a reflection of the Mental and Astral Planes. As above so below. The Vital Energy or Lifeforce Field, is the field of electro-magnetic energy that permeates matter and has one foot in the physical world, and one foot in the Astral world. It connects the two planes together and is what gives life-energy to matter. This is the first energy level that we work with in Alchemy. It is the Prima Materia, or base material that we alchemise and transform up the Vibrational Scale.

When we transmute our consciousness from via the meditative and healing practices of Hermetic Vibrational Alchemy, this lifts our perspective and very sense of who we are to a higher and more universal awareness of self and reality. Each higher level of perspective and self that we ascend to, has more and more expansive experiences of freedom and space associated with it. This brings exponentially higher experiences of liberation and realisation of Truth into our awareness, having a top-down effect on our lower bodies - the intellectual-emotional ego-personality and the animal-physical body.

This raises the centre of gravity of our baseline frequency.
In the day-to-day this means emotional balance and equilibrium, feeling more aligned with your life's purpose, experiencing more health and vitality and things just generally going more smoothly, positively and working out for you and your highest good. Spiritually, this means coming into resonance with your True Self and the greater Universal Mind (Macrocosm), experiencing higher non-physical planes of existence, beings, muses, intelligences and deities, and merging with macrocosmic planetary and cosmic frequencies. It is a gradual expansion of our Mental Body from the ego-based self-centredness of material life - stuck in form - to greater and more liberated levels of formless awareness that transcend the self, where we can have Cosmic experiences of Infinite Mind. It's the return journey from Form to Formlessness. From Separateness to Universality. Duality to Non-Duality. Matter to Spirit. Having access to these levels also allows us to materialise our ideas and stream frequencies down the Vibrational Scale into form in the physical world.

A higher baseline frequency means a higher set-point of experience of Life.

The secret to happiness and freedom in life is the Alchemical harmony of the Mental, Emotional and Physical Bodies. By bringing our ego-personality into harmonic resonance with the frequency of our Higher Self, through balancing the Elements of our Being and raising our baseline frequency, we accomplish one of the main Hermetic Principles: As Above, So Below. We make the lower a reflection of the higher and create alignment and harmony within ourselves and our life.
